About Lucas Ingle
PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING YOU
My goal is to help facilitate peoples’ growth to the best version of themselves, own their God-given identity, and heal from past and current pains. I am passionate about helping people learn more about themselves and the meaning in their lives.

As a mental health counselor, my role is to support people in finding healing, purpose, and identity in their lives. I approach counseling within the lens of a journey. You are on your own journey toward the person that you want to be and the kind of life you want. There may be times during this journey that you are stuck, you are scared, you don’t know what direction to take, you can’t see where you want to go, or you simply can’t take another step. At times, this means you need guidance, support, a coach, a teacher, or someone to help you take another step. This is how I view my role as a counselor, and this is my passion. I strive to work with clients where they are on their journey. This means that I customize my approach with every client to meet their needs.
My goal is to help facilitate peoples’ growth to the best version of themselves, own their God-given identity, and heal from past and current pains. I am passionate about helping people learn more about themselves and the meaning in their lives. I believe that people are driven to find answers in truth for their emotions and struggles. My role is to help clients experience those answers and live out the truth of who they are. As a Christian, I approach counseling through a Christian perspective in addition to evidence-based counseling approaches. I currently serve adolescents, adults, couples, and parents. I do not serve children, but I am able to work with you on parenting skills to use in your home.
Outside of counseling I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, spending time with family and friends, studying the Bible, growing the Church, archery, woodworking, reading, and learning about God’s most complex and beautiful creation: humans.
