It is not a medical service and is not able to be billed to insurance. Both utilize evidenced-based tools and strategies to achieve stated goals. Counseling typically involves exploring emotions and focuses on healing. Coaching emphasizes taking positive action towards personal life goals and focuses on performance enhancement.

Career Counseling – $500.00 Spring Special! (Price decreased from $750)

Career counseling includes intake interview, career and personality assessments, and a family feedback session.

Enneagram Coaching – $1,200 Individual or Family Program (Six 60-90 minute sessions)

Includes assistance with identifying type, applying to personal growth goals, applying principles to primary relationships in personal life and in career.

Corporate Trainings, Workshops and Coaching – $250/hour

Brain health coaching – individual coaching $200/hour

Brain health coaching focuses on improving overall brain health, decreasing risk for dementia, addressing brain fog, improving mood, and managing pain.
